TickMill is my primary broker. I have been very happy up til now. I am a little concerned. Over a month ago they halted trading on BTC/USD. But have allow me to keep my acct in bitcoin currency. Yesterday I recieved an email from them encouraging their EU clients to go to another broker with EU regulations? hmmm Sent them an email w/ questions, have not heard back yet.
Probably the best broker I have that takes USA residents. As a USA customer, my deposit and withdrawal options are limited, but they run a very good organization here. I’ve been using them for 3 or 4 years now. The only down side, their chat people can only seem to answer basic questions……….and you could be on a chat session easily for 30 minutes trying to solve simple issues (for everything you say, it takes them over 5 minutes to respond).
I have been trading with this broker for 3 months so far. I am from the US. I did not do any withdraw until 2 days ago. I have to say that their service is outstanding, supporters team really want to touch your demands. They said withdraw would take 3-5 days, but actually, they lied about it, it took only 2 days for the process done and money shown up in my bank account ($1500). I love it. Their spread may be higher than other brokers but on the other hand, they provide you high quality of service. Keep it up TickMill
So far so good. The only things I think this broker should add are more cryptocurrency deposit options & additional crypto pairs besides just BTC/USD as they become more popular.
If you’re a USA based trader, don’t waste your time with any other broker. TickMill is awesome. Great customer service, FAST deposit/withdrawal via wire transfer, and competitive spreads. And not many brokers offer the exotic pairs TickMill does either. Anyone who’s posted a poor review has probably made some boneheaded trades and want to blow off steam. If you’re a serious trader, TickMill is the way to go.
TickMill is great they are my primary broker ( 2 others I use) they would get all my business if they expanded their instruments ( SHARES especially) they already have BTC and I would be one complete happy camper
My account # is 84126 and I have used this broker for years! They are very good, excellent chat, and awesome support! I have never had an issue with them other than the whole Bitcoin not being able to transfer to USD accounts. ( Which I understand, it just sucks) Other than that I recommended, honestly one of the best brokers out currently.
I created an account months ago. The depositing method is a pain in the butt. Can you guys please consider adding a debit/credit deposit and withdrawal option.
