Open an account
Opening an account with AxiTrader is a simple and straightforward process. All you need to do is to fill the online application providing the necessary information. AxiTrader’s website is encrypted and thus all personal information provided and entered is always secure. After you complete the application form, you will have to verify your identity by providing your ID. You have to provide and prove your residential address as well. Once everything is verified and approved, you will receive your login, after that you can make the first deposit and start trading.

Their trading platform had been frozen about 2 – 3 times today. But I think when trading, you should put your stop loss to prevent from awkward situations like this

I’ve been with AxiTrader for several months now. I have been able to deposit easily and withdraw profits easily. So far so good. As mentioned by others, their spreads are good, not great, but they have to make some money somewhere. Trading is very fast.
Quick note: if you experience a delay when trading, open a support ticket. I had this issue when I first opened my account. My guess (having worked for an MT4 broker in the past) is that I was on a rely. After the support ticket, trading has been extremely fast. I have traded up to 14 standard lots without issue thus far. I do not trade news, but I am a high frequency trader.

Well, they seem to have fixed their disconnection issues but I am now blocked from depositing money. Can anybody tell me why?
Pay attention to the brokers. There is following in the terms and condition document:
“Should AxiTrader act as a market maker, there may be inherent
conflict of interest;”
I opened my account roughly 2 weeks ago, so far I’m very pleased with customer service as they are very responsive and helpful and handle it very professionally. I recommend this broker as for me, spontaneous customer service really matters. Plus withdrawal is very on time and without any delay.
