Open an account
IG’s account opening is simple and fully digital process. The online registration takes only 5-10 minutes, but the account verification can take a bit longer. Account verification takes around 3 business days, which is slower than at some other brokers. Great solid broker. I have been trading with them for two + years with no issues. They continuously adapt to keep withdrawals/deposits quick and easy as regulations seem to make transferring USD harder every day for everyone except US brokers. Their client portal is robust allowing you to set up accounts and transfer money around, change your leverage, add demo accounts. They keep in touch with emails concerning trade conditions or admin changes etc. and always answer inquires. I am happy with their ECN spreads, costs and swap rates. There may be brokers with slighter better spreads and costs out there but none that I trust.
The online chat is helpful but slow. I can say that very slow. Don’t you want to fix it guys??
IG is very good. I am associated with several people who are using them and everybody is happy so far. But it was very hard to deposit funds with them even in tiny quanitites. So that makes us wonder how hard it will be to withdraw large amounts from them.
I joined IGand opened a live account. I have started and started trading the account. For now there is no problem but I will be updating the community my sincere experience with this company. But I will like them to keep the good work so that one day, they will become number one in the world.

Nice stable broker, enjoy the selection of pairs and the customer service is pretty quick on chat. Charges could be a little lower though.
I deposited and withdrew thousands of dollar with them and their execution is excellent. Overall, the best broker if you want to trade forex and have some freedom. I didn’t do well in forex, because at this point I believe it is a casino, with brokers and banks making money from spread, swap etc and that is their “edge” . The brokers hoensty is there though.

1: Their customer service is very expeditious and very efficient.
2/Their platform is without problem.
3/ Their spread is competitive, just a bit high on the gbp/nzd and the Eur/nzd .
4/ Their withdraw is without ANY issues and done within 8 hours or less, just wish they had more options, that’s all.

I have watched IG for years before I ever decided to become a patron. THey have endured numerous financial collapses, I have had hundreds of thousands of dollars deposited with them and have not had any real issues receiving funds. Their customer service is excellent & very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend.
When i have say 0.10 se running and i close 0.05 they practically take my order far below wondering why they do that. The corresponding profit for a 0.05 should be closed and my entry position should remain intact.

They don’t offer the biggest bonus, but a big bonus can really screw up a new account if not managed carefully… over all I feel that they provide a better than average trading experience.
